# Dr. Aquello Roberto Bacal — Online Appointment System

> Official online appointment system for Dr. Aquello Roberto Bacal. Patients request a consultation, receive payment instructions by email, and are given a confirmed schedule by email and text message once payment is acknowledged.

This site is the booking channel for a single medical practice. It is not a
directory, marketplace, or general health-information resource. Appointments
are requested, not instantly confirmed: the clinic reviews each request, and
the schedule is only final once payment has been acknowledged.

Key facts:

- All patients are seen by appointment only. Walk-ins are not entertained.
- Consultations are face-to-face in the clinic. A Zoom consultation is possible
  at the doctor's discretion and subject to availability.
- Payment is by GCash or bank transfer. Only fully paid Appointment Reference
  Numbers (ARNs) are scheduled.
- One ARN covers one patient.

## How to book

1. Select the "Request Appointment" button. Carefully review all fields in the online form and provide complete and accurate information.
2. After successfully requesting an appointment, you will receive an email containing the details for your payment.
3. Once payment has been acknowledged, you will receive an automated email and text message from ARBacal containing the schedule and other details.
4. All consultations are done face-to-face in the clinic. Virtual consultation through Zoom is subject to Dr. Bacal's discretion and availability.
5. To follow up on your booking, check its status with the "View Appointment Details" button.
