How it works

Five steps from request to confirmed schedule
  1. Select the Request Appointment button. Carefully review all fields in the online form and provide complete and accurate information.
  2. After successfully requesting an appointment, you will receive an email containing the details for your payment.
  3. Once payment has been acknowledged, you will receive an automated email and text message from ARBacal containing the schedule and other details.
  4. All consultations are done face-to-face in the clinic. Virtual consultation through Zoom is subject to Dr. Bacal's discretion and availability.
  5. To follow up on your booking, check its status with the View Appointment Details button.

Please take note

Reminders before you book
  • Your preferred appointment date may or may not be the actual consultation schedule. This depends on the doctor's availability.
  • Appointments booked online are valid only for the scheduled date and time.
  • One Appointment Reference Number (ARN) is good for one patient only.
  • All patients are by appointment only. No walk-in patient will be entertained at the clinic without going through the online appointment system.
  • All payments must be made through GCash or bank transfer.
  • Only ARNs with full payment will be scheduled.
  • Please ensure that the email address and mobile number you submit are valid and active. Instructions regarding the consultation will be sent there.
